What happens after I request a ticket?
- Receive an email confirmation with the status of your request.
- When your tickets are available, your request will automatically be fulfilled.
- Get your seat information via email, and your card will be charged for the tickets.
- Your official tickets will be delivered via email or will call.
Am I guaranteed a ticket when I make a request?
No. A request is not a guarantee of a ticket. Whether you receive a ticket depends on how many tickets are returned. You can always see how closer you are to receiving your ticket by checking your request status page. If you do not receive a ticket, you will be notified when the Exchange closes.
Can I cancel my request before it’s filled?
Yes. Click "Need to Cancel" from your confirmation email where you will be able to remove yourself from the queue.
